Hull City lining up move for Premier League legend

Hull fans are feeling very anxious ahead of the new season in the Football Transfer Tavern as they are still yet to find a replacement for Steve Bruce.

According to the Daily Star, the Tigers are lining up a move to make Gianfranco Zola their new manager.

The Italian legend has been out of work since he was let go by Qatar club Al-Arabi earlier this year and he is desperate to return to English football as a manager.

The former Chelsea star has previously managed at both West Ham and Watford in England.

Whilst former Everton and Wigan manager Roberto Martinez is rumoured to be contention to land the job at the KCOM Stadium.

Punters in the Tavern are shocked the Tigers have allowed the situation to drag on for as long as it has as the Premier League kicks off on August 13th!

Hull fans. Would you be happy with the appointment of Gianfranco Zola? Let us know your thoughts below!
