West Ham United fans here in the Tavern will be hoping for success next season, as Manuel Pellegrini may be able to take them places.
The Hammers didn’t enjoy the best of campaigns as they flirted with relegation for large parts, but David Moyes did manage to ensure their safety by producing a number of positive results towards the end of the campaign.
However, the London club have now appointed former Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini as their new boss, who has already proven that he can ensure success in the Premier League.
Although, there was a number of underperforming players at the club this season, who could quite easily be on their way out of the exits this summer. But, this will all depend on whether David Sullivan has any courage, as he may need to conduct an overhaul.
With that in mind, if David Sullivan has any courage, he’ll make sure this West Ham man is sold…
The Englishman failed to have any real impact on proceedings this season, as he only managed to find the back of the net on three occasions and provided just one assist for his teammates.
Although, it’s believed that Manuel Pellegrini will offer the striker a lifeline at the London Stadium next season, however, this wouldn’t be very beneficial as he has been liable to injury and struggles to ensure consistency.
So, David Sullivan should be brave and put Andy Carroll on the transfer market, as West Ham United looked dominant without him in their starting lineup towards the end of the season.Like what the TT have on offer? Sign up for more notifications!
