If Klopp fields these 2 Liverpool youngsters, Man City’s unbeaten streak will end

Our Liverpool fans here in the Transfer Tavern are hoping life after Coutinho can remain as good as it’s been in recent months.

Liverpool has had one in and one out already in the first week of the winter transfer window, and it seems like there’s not going to be much let up in the final few weeks, as Klopp looks to strengthen his team for a big half of the season. Indeed, qualifying for the Champions League is a must for the German coach this season.

Liverpool has a huge match against Man City as they enrol on their own bid to keep in the top four and remain in touching distance fo the breakaway three. Many of our bar stalwarts believe that City will become unstuck against the Reds, and a sprinkle of youth will add to the occasion.

While Klopp looks to replace the departed Coutinho and bed in his new centre-back signing, he may look to the Liverpool u23’s for a little something different to keep his first-team players on their toes a little more through January.
