Manchester United fans playing darts in the Transfer Tavern and hoping for huge additions in January have had their hopes of one particular deal shattered today.
Talksport report that Serie A leaders Inter Milan have joined the race for Valencia’s contract rebel Sofiane Feghouli, who seems destined for a January exit.
The Algerian international sees his contract at the Mestella expire at the end of the season and he’s reluctant to pen a new deal. With Fenerbache also keen, Valencia could cash-in during the January transfer window.
Valencia, managed by Gary Neville, do not want to lose Feghouli but may not have any option but to part ways with the Algerian as the prospect of losing him on a free transfer at the end of the season continues to rise.
With Inter, United and Fenerbahce all keen on Feghouli’s signature, the price for the talented winger may rise significantly.
United fans, do you need Feghouli in January? Let us know in the comments below!
