If you want Goran Pandev at your club next season it will cost you at least €10 million according to Tuttochampions.it. Rumours have indicated that clubs around Europe are interested in the striker including Tottenham.
Pandev hasn’t been at his best this season with only one goal in 18 games for Inter and reports from Italy suggest that the club’s patience is already running out. The creative Macedonian has played in Italy for the last 9 years and would most likely take some time adapting to the Premiership if he indeed ended up there.
The 27 year old has never been able to replicate his impressive form for former club Lazio whilst in the colours of Inter but his talent is unquestionable. Quick, tricky and possessing a powerful shot makes Pandev a good buy for most teams.
The issue is whether any English team will see €10 million as too much for a player that would definitely take a season or two to get used to the rapid, physical environment that is the Premier League. Pandev himself has shown no signs of wanting to leave the club he joined only last year and may be reluctant to leave Italy.
The Champions League winner is one of the most decorated Macedonian players in the history of the country and has still managed three assists this season even if he has been poor overall; whether he has been so poor as to push Inter to the point of thinking about offloading him only time will tell.
