Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern are reasonably pleased with their progression under Jurgen Klopp but they’ve made it abundantly clear whilst making their orders this evening that changes are required in the summer.
Therefore, they’re pleased to hear that they’ve received a boost in the chase for one target of theirs, as Belgium U21 manager Enzo Scifo told Fanta Gazzetta that Anderlecht midfielder Dennis Praet is ready for a transfer to a big club.
Scoff’s comments on the highly-rated attacking midfielder come amid claims from Metro that Liverpool are eying a £22.5m bid to land the young talent this summer. On top of this, the player’s agent Jacques Lichtenstein also hinted towards a deal this summer.
‘What can he gain by spending one more season at Anderlecht? He has already played for three years and has contributed to three back-to-back league titles.’
Our landlord agrees with the comments from both the manager and the player’s agent, as he truly believes Praet is ready for a new challenge outside of Belgium.
Liverpool fans, is Praet the sort of signing you’re looking for? Let us know in the comments below!
