Is this on-loan Liverpool striker’s career back on track?

Mario Balotelli to Napoli Liverpool fans here in the Transfer Tavern are second thinking the sale of erratic striker Mario Balotelli who has had a seemingly great start on his return to AC Milan.

The forward made a loan move to Milan, the club he has supported all his life, from Liverpool over the summer after a disastrous spell at the Merseyside club in which he scored just one goal over the course of the season.

He was left out of all pre-season games and left to train back at the training ground signalling his non existent future at the club before he was then moved on

The 6ft 2 striker made his second debut for the Italian club for AC Milan B in a friendly vs Serie C side Mantova FC. The B team which included many first team players that had not been called up for international duty defeated the Serie C side 3-2.

Mario Balotelli scored one and assisted the other two showcasing the talent that he undoubtedly has, but has failed to show on a regular basis. Something which he will hope to set right after the a rocky last year.

Despite this however, reports in the Daily Mail claim AC Milan coach Sinisa Mihajlovic has warned Mario Balotelli to improve still if he wants to break his way into the first team, branding him ‘out of shape’. Which shows their is still work to been done to get him back to his best!
