Indeed, the 18-year-old has appeared 12 times in the Premier League 2 this season, as well appearing in the EFL Trophy, U18 Premier League and the FA Youth Cup, with one goal and one assist to show for his efforts.
The Nigerian midfielder has a very bright future ahead of him, so he’s definitely one to watch out for.
The Gunners will be delighted that the midfielder has decided to sign his first professional contract at the club.
James Olayinka will no doubt go on to enjoy his first-team breakthrough at some point in the future, having already impressed in the Premier League 2 in the current campaign at just 18 years of age.
