Bournemouth could be in for a disappointing summer with key players continuing to be linked with moves away from the club.

Ryan Fraser is the latest name reportedly being linked with a Vitality Stadium exit with Arsenal said to be interested in his services (Daily Mirror).

Cherries chairman Jeff Mostyn, however, has a stern warning for the teams getting ready to circle.

The Breakdown

"Ryan Fraser is a Bournemouth player. Callum Wilson is a Bournemouth player," Mostyn was quoted as saying by the Daily Mirror when speaking about the speculation surrounding the club's players.

"We just don’t want anybody to leave the football club. Your prized assets are prized assets for a reason and we want to continue the momentum that we have achieved."

Be it with Fraser and Wilson or Nathan Ake and Joshua King, this tough stance is exactly the one Mostyn needs to take with all of Eddie Howe's important players.

Even selling just one of the above names could have serious ramifications for the south coast club.

As seen with other Premier League outfits such as Southampton in recent years, the departure of one big name can easily see a knock-on effect take place, resulting in that team going backwards massively.

If Mostyn, Howe, Maxim Demin and Bournemouth do not play their cards right this summer and beyond, then it could easily be them next.
