Wolverhampton Wanderers have been sending shockwaves to the rest of the Premier League sides this summer as they continue to impress everybody with their transfer business.
Nuno Espirito Santo has been extremely active in the transfer market over the summer and has been targeting a number of truly ambitious signings to ensure his side will be able to mount a challenge in the top-flight.
The likes of Rui Patricio and Raul Jimenez had already joined the Molineux outfit, whilst Joao Moutinho was confirmed in the last couple of days, however, their ambitious moves have not stopped there.
The versatile full-back can play on either flank and will certainly add competition to the area, especially if Barry Douglas completes an expected move to Leeds United in the coming days.
The signing of Castro is another feather in Wolves’ hat this summer as they look to send a strong message to the rest of the Premier League.
Atletico were clearly impressed with the 24-year-old’s performances for Celta Vigo last season and for Wolves to be able to immediately loan him is a testament to their transfer business this summer.
The club will be excited to see the Spaniard in action once the Premier League campaign kicks-off, however, there is a sense that the club are far from finished with their ambitious dealings.
