If there was an award for the team that does the best business in the transfer window, Liverpool would be fighting with West Ham for it. However, Manchester United boss, Jose Mourinho, whilst speaking to the Manchester Evening News, has criticised the club claiming that Liverpool have been buying “everything and everybody”.

Snide comments from Mourinho have become an expectation with Liverpool fans now. The Kopites have outspent United this summer and given the woes that Mourinho is having with incomings at Old Trafford, it’s no surprise to see that the veteran Portuguese tactician is having a moan. The window closes in just four days time and Manchester United kick the Premier League season off on Friday night at home to Leicester City.
That game on Friday will be one that most fans are looking forward to, however, Mourinho will have just three new signings to see in competitive action if United don’t act quickly. In contrast, Liverpool will have four new faces to show off when they face West Ham on Sunday, with the world’s most expensive ‘keeper Alisson Becker being one of them. Jurgen Klopp has comfortably out-performed Mourinho in this transfer window and it will be an interesting subplot when the two managers face each this season.

The bloke is a complete buffoon who’s not even a very good manager these days and is making the scum an unattractive destination!!!

He’s obsessed with us. He’s just bitter because players wanna come play for our club and for Klopp and no one wants to go to United at the moment due to his toxic attitude about everything.
Let him cry.

Mourinho is just jealous. I’ve never seen a manager talk about other teams business than he does. He’s spent more money than any manager in his career, yet always has the begging bowl out…..

It’s clear to see that the Liverpool fans have enjoyed the latest Mourinho comments and will be looking forward to hearing more from the ex-Real Madrid man if the Red Devils lose to Leicester on Friday evening.
