West Ham United are thought to be keen on adding attacking players to their ranks in the January transfer window.
Gabriel Barbosa, who has also been known as ‘Gabigol’, has been linked with a move to the Hammers for a little while.
And it appears one of Calciomercato’s journalists can provide some key transfer news regarding a possible switch.
Nicolo Schira has revealed on Twitter that West Ham have a chance of landing the Inter Milan forward, however, they must meet one particular condition.

The journalist has stated that the club must first ‘yield’ Lucas Perez in order to bring the Brazil international to the London Stadium.
West Ham will have also been boosted by the news that ‘Gabigol’ would prefer to relaunch his career in Europe, rather than a return to his homeland with Flamengo.
A deal for Barbosa could still be something extremely difficult for Manuel Pellegrini’s side to complete should they manage to offload Perez.
The current Hammers striker arrived in the summer, however, he has played a bit-part role for the Irons and could look to seek regular football in January.
It remains to be seen if an agreement can be struck between West Ham and Inter Milan for the forward, whether it be a temporary or a permanent switch.
