Chelsea fans in the Football Transfer Tavern are questioning the future of their Brazilian midfielder after the Daily Mail revealed that Juventus are lining up a move for Oscar as they look for a replacement for Andrea Pirlo.
Oscar, who is a more attack minded player than Pirlo, has been targeted because if he was brought in, then it would mean either Paul Pogba, Arturo Vidal or Claudio Marchisio could play a deeper role.
The Italian champions are considering to submit a bid after they have played their Champions League final against Barcelona.
Oscar, who joined for £19m in 2012, insists he is happy living in London and it seems as though if he was to leave, it would be Chelsea selling him rather than him opting to move.
But despite his passion for the club, he has been in and out of Jose Mourinho’s side this season, and he could be lured in by the attraction of frequent first team football in Italy.
