Everton will be one of the feared sides in the Premier League this season having drafted in a number of quality players this summer.
Marco Silva hasn’t been able to enjoy the best of results during pre-season as his side just can’t seem to ensure any consistency. Although, after spending big so far this summer, it looks as if the Toffees are offloading one of their fringe players, as according to BBC Sport, Kevin Mirallas is to join Fiorentina, subject to a medical.
Everton winger Kevin Mirallas is to join Fiorentina on a season-long loan, subject to a medical.
Mirallas spent the second half of last season on loan at Olympiakos after moving to the Greek club in January.
However, he failed to make Belgium’s squad for the 2018 World Cup and he is now set to leave for the Italian club.
The Toffees have already splashed the cash on Richarlison this summer, so it comes as no surprise that Kevin Mirallas has been loaned out as they both operate out wide.
Indeed, the Belgian was impressive during his time at Goodison Park but he has fallen off the pace over the past couple of campaigns as he heads out on a second successive loan spell, after spending the second half of last season on loan at Olympiakos.
