‘Klopp must stop’ – Liverpool fans react to club’s Twitter post ahead of WBA clash tonight

The Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern are hoping their side can return to winning ways against struggling West Brom at Anfield this evening.

The resident Kopites in the Tavern have spent the majority of the week so far attempting to comprehend how their side didn’t manage to take three points from the Merseyside derby last Sunday. After dominating the majority of proceedings at Anfield, Everton levelled the score at 1-1 courtesy of a Wayne Rooney penalty with just 13 minutes of regulatory time to play. Jurgen Klopp was visibly outraged by his sides failure to convert a good performance into 3 points and by the penalty decision that went against his side, but in truth, Liverpool should have been comfortably in front by that stage.

Next up for Liverpool is another home fixture against Alan Pardew’s struggling West Brom, who have not tasted victory since the second match of the season.

Ahead of their midweek fixture, Liverpool’s Mo Salah, arguably the signing of the season so far, spoke to LFC TV about the importance of bouncing back from derby day disappointment with a victory this evening.

The Liverpool supporters had plenty of praise to send in Salah’s direction ahead of the match, and reiterated the Egyptian’s words ahead of the match against West Brom.

Meanwhile, a handful of supporters delivered some stern words in Klopp’s direction after his questionable team selection last weekend.

Considering the form Salah is in at the moment, it will be no surprise if he continues his goal-scoring run this evening.

Here’s what the fans had to say in response to the club post…
