The entire footballing world knows about Luis Suarez’ ban and now the Daily Mirror has brought news that our punters in the Football Transfer Tavern had been waiting for.
The publication have claimed that Barcelona now think they can land the Liverpool forward for around £50 million given his troubles and indeed ban.
The Catalan giants are keen on landing the Uruguayan forward and as one of our punters notes, were willing to pay £80 million for him with the inclusion of Pedro and Alexis Sanchez in that potential deal.
However after the third bite of Suarez’ career, his reputation has sunk even lower.
Now our punters think that Liverpool should be looking to finally wash their hands of a player who might get them goals but who has essentially brought them nothing but trouble, dragging their name through the mud once more.
Of course there are those Liverpool fans who think that Suarez should be kept no matter what because of what he can do on the field at times.
Liverpool fans. Would you keep Suarez or do you think £50 million for a troubled individual is a good price? Let us know your thoughts below.
