Wolverhampton Wanderers fans here in the Tavern are looking forward to next season, as they believe that their side will be able to secure a top-half finish.
Nuno Espirito Santo will be looking to strengthen this summer after securing promotion to the Premier League. And, if Wolves’ previous transfer window business is anything to go by, then supporters may see a number of world-class players join this summer.
The Midlands club are in desperate need of a striker this summer with a return for Leo Bonatini looking unlikely. So, this has made many of our local residents experience plenty of Steve Bull flashbacks, as they hope that the club can uncover another club legend.
So without further ado, landing this striker would surely give Wolves fans Bull flashbacks…
Andre Silva, who is valued at £22.5 million (by Transfermarkt), has already established himself as a national team regular with Portugal and he will be heading to the World Cup this summer.
The striker is one of Jorge Mendes’ clients, so this may help Wolves land their man this summer after bringing Silva’s international teammate Ruben Neves to the club last summer. And, having played under Nuno Espirito Santo during his time at Porto, the Wolves boss will know exactly how to get the best out of the promising 22-year-old.
So, with Silva already showing that he is a natural in front of goal, who is to say that he won’t follow in the footsteps of Steve Bull at Molineux.Like what the TT have on offer? Sign up for more notifications!
