Having signed for the club on-loan back in August whilst continuing his recovery from an anterior cruciate ligament rupture, Leeds United could be set to finally see Isaiah Brown in action for the first time. The 22-year-old scored a brace for the club’s U23s as they beat Crewe Alexandra ‘s U23s yesterday, and the fans can’t wait for his senior debut.

The Chelsea loanee is in a great position at the moment. Marcelo Bielsa has afforded him as much time as he needs to get back to full fitness and whilst he has taken his time and managed to suffer a setback with a minor hamstring issue, the versatile attacker now looks set to star in the second half of the Championship season.
The run-in certainly won’t be easy for Brown and co as they aim to return to the Premier League, however, with the added boost of goals that the Chelsea man will bring, things can only be on the up for the Yorkshire club. Bielsa’s decision to bring in the attacker was a masterstroke considering it’s given them a mid-season boost that won’t require action in the market this month, although for now it’s just about getting Brown fit and back to action.

The Whites will be delighted when Brown makes his senior return, and hopefully it will come sooner rather than later as they host Norwich in early February.
