Leicester City continue to look good under new manager Brendan Rodgers, and he will be looking for even more improvement next season.

The Foxes will be hoping to add some new faces to the squad over the summer as they look to get themselves in and among the competition for European places in the Premier League, and Rodgers will no doubt have his eye on a few players already.

One man he is reportedly keen on bringing to the club is Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge, who has been linked with a move to join up with his former Liverpool boss this weekend.

Sturridge has fallen well down the pecking order at Anfield and with his contract set to expire this season, he is there for someone to take a punt on him heading into the new campaign.

And here in the Tavern, we feel a move for Sturridge to the King Power might be just what he needs to get back to his best.

Under Rodgers, the England man produced some of the finest form of his career when the Reds very nearly won the Premier League, but since then, his stock has dropped considerably.

However, there is still a player in there somewhere, and despite a rotten run of luck with injury at times, Sturridge still has plenty to offer at the right club. Leicester and Rodgers could be that club.
