Many Leicester City fans have responded on Twitter to Ben Chilwell’s performance for England on Monday evening.
Will this be Ben Chilwell's last season with Leicester?
The left-back played the entire match for the Three Lions after Danny Rose was suspended for the game after picking up a yellow card in England’s unimpressive 2-1 loss to the Czech Republic.
On a more positive note, England were able to bounce back with an extremely convincing performance, defeating Bulgaria 6-0 in Sofia with absolute ease.
Chilwell had a very solid game for his country, getting a score of 8/10 on WhoScored for his efforts.
Over the game, Ben Chilwell managed to lead the charts for interceptions with 5, as well as managing two tackles. With the ball at his feet, he managed 84 passes in total and one dribble, according to WhoScored.
The night was obviously marred with huge controversy after the referee had to halt the match twice due to racist incidents coming from the stands.
This reflected in some of the responses to Leicester’s tweet, but most of the responses were suggesting that it was great to see Chilwell back in an England top.
Here are some of the replies below…
Well done Ben. Great result tonight. Safe trip back to LCFC and ready for a result v Burnley this weekend.

Pleased for Chilwell but I still doubt very much that Southgate is at all the right man to bring any success to the country moving forward. Since the World Cup semifinal, he seems to be taking us backwards rather than forwards.
