Leicester City hierarchy set aside £50M as the club seek to keep title winners

vardy6721The owners of Premier League champions Leicester City have announced that £50 million has been set aside in order to try and keep their title winning star players at the club for next season, according to the Daily Star.

The East Midlands-based outfit won the Premier League at a canter during last season and it had been feared that several of European footballs top clubs would come calling for the likes of Jamie Vardy, Riyad Mahrez and N’Golo Kante.

The Leicester powerbrokers are now set to hand new deals to the current crop of talented players within the club, whilst also handing boss Claudo Ranieri funds with which to strengthen the squad.

This news has been found by our landlord and the Leicester fans here in the bar are in optimistic mood, stating that the chance to play in the Champions League with the club should be a real plus for the players to stay at the King Power Stadium.

Leicester City fans, do you think you can keep your star men at the club? Who should you sign this summer?
