Leicester City managed to secure all three points against Watford on Saturday in what was a convincing performance at the King Power Stadium.
The Foxes are unbeaten in their last six games in all competitions as they continue to come on leaps and bounds under the guidance of Claude Puel. And, it appears as if the Frenchman is turning his attention towards the January transfer window, as according to Sun Sport, Leicester City have inquired about Nathaniel Clyne.
Nathaniel Clyne has lost his way completely at Liverpool due to an injury that kept him out of action for an extended period of time.
And, it’s now understood that Leicester City have made a surprise inquiry the 27-year-old.
However, it is not certain that he would play regularly there, with the likes of Fulham and Cardiff City also looking to secure his services in the January transfer window.
Nathaniel Clyne was hugely impressive during his early days at Liverpool and during his time at Southampton, so he could definitely do the job for Leicester City this season.
However, with the likes of Ricardo Pereira and Ben Chillwell coming on leaps and bounds at the King Power Stadium in the current campaign, it remains to be seen as to how he would slot into Claude Puel’s side.
Therefore, with the likes of Fulham and Cardiff also submitting an interest, he would no doubt receive more minutes by opting for a move to either of the Premier League newcomers.
