Our punters have managed to get hold of some transfer news from our landlord which regards Leicester City.
According to Sky Sports, Claudio Ranieri has made a £5.25 million offer for Poland’s Euro 2016 wonderkid, Bartosz Kaputska in order to get him in as a replacement for the departing N’Golo Kante.
The 19-year-old who was described as ‘deliciously talented’ by Gary Lineker after his performance against Northern Ireland, can play on either wing or behind the striker, making him a very useful player as Leicester head into their first season in the Champions league.
Leicester face competition for the players signature however, with Everton, Southampton, Cologne and Ajax all keen on acquiring the player’s services.
Taking that into consideration, Leicester are pushing to get a deal finalised with Polish club Cracovia before the week is out.
Kaputska is attracting interest from a host of European clubs so Leicester may want to get in their whilst they can.
