Leicester: Fans react to billboard in Times Square

Leicester City shook the footballing world in 2016 when they won the Premier League.
Will Leicester City finish the season in the top six?
Yes

No

Arguably the biggest shock in Premier League history happened under the watchful eye of former manager Claudio Ranieri three years ago; a team outside of the ‘big six’ winning the title.
And given Manchester City and Liverpool’s dominance, it’s probably unlikely to happen again for a very long time, if ever, making the achievement even more memorable.
Despite winning the league, though, the Foxes are still not deemed a part of the top-six in English football, but they are still a well-recognised club known worldwide – partly down to their title triumph.
Leicester’s crest has previously been spotted on the side of an aeroplane (pictured below), and just this week three of the club’s players – James Maddison, Youri Tielemans and Ben Chilwell – have made their way onto a billboard in the heart of New York’s Times Square, as part of the club’s recent partnership with Xpress Money (via lcfc.com).

Oh how I wish I could be in New York to see that! I would wear my #LCFC tee shirt there as well, just to show my allegiance to a great club.
