Andy Hinchcliffe joined the discussion on The Debate and talked about one big difference in management between Brendan Rodgers and former bosses at Leicester City.

Claudio Ranieri made Leicester a winning team and his achievement of winning the Premier League was definitely a historic success for the team but Rodgers is making a revolution of his own.

Hinchcliffe believes one big difference that is now being seen is the manager's ability to sell his ideas to the dressing room and get the big names on board.

Here's what he said on The Debate (27/2/2020): "When Ranieri was there and when Puel was there, they were basically running the show. Now he's [Rodgers] developed their style, but the players have to accept that and take it on board and say, Brendan's the law, we're going to follow what you want us to do. I think that is just an inspired appointment. They've clearly understood they got to buy in and they realised this guy can make us a better team. And that was not an easy job, I don't feel, because of the strength of that dressing room and how established that team was."

Changing the whole outlook of the team is never an easy thing to do, as Hinchcliffe explains on the podcast, but the Foxes have taken it on board and the results are there for everyone to see once again.

Let's see if they can keep it up for the remainder of the season or even beyond it.
