Leicester City: Fans laugh off interest in Ricardo Pereira

Loads of Leicester City fans have laughed off interest in right-back Ricardo Pereira.
According to Spanish outlet Estadio Deportivo (via Leicestershire Live), both Barcelona and Manchester United are keen on signing the 26-year-old and could acquire him for just £30m.
Is Jamie Vardy Leicester's best ever player?
Yes

No

Given Leicester’s current position in the table, Pereira’s form this season and Brendan Rodgers’ stance on his key players, the reported asking fee looks questionable.
“There will be no one leaving in January. Categorically,” Rodgers told Sky Sports last month when asked about potential exits.
Indeed, Pereira has had quite the season at right-back, with Leicester’s official club website highlighting his importance to the team with a range of stats back in November.
Considering all of that, it is hard to imagine the Foxes selling the Portugal international this month, especially for £30m.
Going off Twitter, Leicester fans are simply not buying it and you can hardly blame them. Take a look at how they reacted to the Pereira speculation below…

I think 2 clues here, we aren’t selling in January and we wouldnt let him go for half what he is worth. So yet another made up story
