Many Leicester City fans have responded to reports that Matty James is back in full training for the club.
The Athletic journalist Rob Tanner tweeted earlier today about how Brendan Rodgers had told him that James is now back in full training, and has been doing some coaching to keep him going during his recovery. The reporter continued by suggesting that a loan move could be on the cards in January.
I was delighted to hear from Rodgers today that Matty James is back in full training, and has even been doing some coaching to keep him occupied during his recovery. Sounds like a loan move in January could be a good option for him as he continues his comeback. #LCFC

The 28-year-old has been extremely unfortunate in recent years with injuries. In the 17/18 season, he began to have serious issues with his Achilles tendon, and despite a few comebacks, he has barely been able to feature over the past two seasons.
However, finally, he appears to be back training – and now the midfielder could be set to leave the club in search for returning to full-time fitness.
Jordan Blackwell from Leicestershire Live reported quotes from Brendan Rodgers about the next move for him.
He said: “He is a fabulous player. Hopefully he can have a little bit of luck in terms of staying fit. It is just going to take him time to get his football fitness.
“It is really just about that physicality with him. He has been out for such a long time.
“For us it is just about getting him back in with the training group, nursing him through and building up his football fitness and then we will see where we are at come the new year, whether it is the continuation of that or whether he needs a loan period to go and get some actual games.”
Many fans responded to the news with a variety of replies. Some expressed their delight for the player – as well as the impressive man-management skills – while others said that he may never find his way back in the team again.
Here are some of the replies below…
Rodgers again showing his excellent man-management in his positive comments about Matty’s recovery and ability.

He’s a good guy but the club has moved so forward so much since he was last playing regularly. I doubt he will ever work his way back into our team.
