Our Leicester City fans here in the Transfer Tavern want to see togetherness in their squad at the moment but, according to The Express, Leonardo Ulloa appears to want none of that.
The Foxes have had nothing like the title defence they would have envisaged at the start of the season this year with them looking closer to relegation battlers than any thing else.
They’ve struggled with Champions League engagements being mixed with their usual domestic obligations and, despite qualifying for the knockouts, things could be going better.
As for Ulloa, he’s had enough of the lack of opportunities to play this season, it appears, and has lodged a transfer request in a bid to force things through.
According to the report West Brom, Hull, Sunderland and Swansea are all keen on bringing him in to their clubs and so we could be set for quite the transfer war in the coming weeks.
Our landlord reckons the Foxes need to get rid of Ulloa ASAP as he clearly is not happy and the club cannot afford to keep players that are unhappy within their squad right now.
