After being rather unlucky not taking a point from Manchester United at Old Trafford, the Foxes have sprung into action and taking six points from their next two fixtures, and played some seriously good football too. A last minute winner from Harry Maguire away at Southampton showed there is a real spirit in the Leicester City camp. So what do the Foxes need to do to make it a dream August?

If James Maddison can continue his form on from August.  Securing the services of the ex-Norwich City player for £22m on a five-year deal already looks to be a steal for the East Midlands outfit. He has already scored an excellent goal in a home fixture against free-spending Wolverhampton Wanderers. If he can continue tearing up defences and being the threat he has been so far, he could lead the Foxes to a dream month.

After retiring from international football, Jamie Vardy can focus all his attention on firing them in for the Foxes. The 31-year-old Vardy still has plenty of pace to get in-behind a defence. If he finds the same goal-scoring touch he has in the past few seasons, Leicester City really could have a dream September.

In terms of points, seven points would be a great return which would keep the Foxes competing at the right end of the table. Entertaining Liverpool at the King Power Stadium will be a tough fixture, but the following three games are all very winnable for the Midlands outfit. AFC Bournemouth, Huddersfield Town and Newcastle United are all games the Blues are capable of taking three points from. If they take seven points, they will have had a truly dream September.
