Liverpool have been one of the form teams in the Premier League this season, with an elusive trophy not too far away under Jurgen Klopp.
The Reds can’t afford any more slip-ups with a prominent team like Manchester City also in the race, with memories of Brendan Rodgers’ final Liverpool campaign fresh in the mind. Although, it appears as if the Merseyside club secured a player agreement recently, as according to Liverpool’s official website, Liam Coyle has signed a new deal.
Academy midfielder Liam Coyle has signed a new contract at Liverpool Football Club.
The 18-year-old is a regular member of the U23s squad and has been at the Academy since the age of 10.
Coyle made his U18s debut at the age of 15 in 2015-16.
Liam Coyle has plenty of potential and is already showing signs of progression in the youth system, with a bright future ahead of him at Liverpool.
The central midfielder will be looking to follow in the footsteps of Steven Gerrard after enjoying a number of impressive seasons in the youth ranks, with the club rewarding the youngster for his hard work and efforts having worked his way into the U23 squad at the age of 18.
