The Express reports that FC Porto striker Jackson Martinez has ruled out a move away from the club with both Liverpool and Tottenham rumoured to be interested in the Colombian striker.
Martinez only made the switch to the Portuguese champions last summer but has since been a big hit scoring 25 times in his debut season for The Dragons.
This has seen the 26-year-old forward linked with a big money move to the Premier League during the summer transfer window while Borussia Dortmund and Napoli were also thought to be considering a transfer offer.
However the player has now come out to declare he is loving life at Porto and won’t be moving this summer.
He said: “I am happy to be here at a club like this.
“I am enjoying the opportunity to play here, I want to repeat what happened last season and win more trophies with Porto.”
The former Chiapas man has been in contract talks with Porto for the last few months but has yet to sign a new deal at the club, raising hopes in the tavern that he may consider a move away this summer.
Tottenham manager and former Porto boss Andre Villas-Boas still has strong relations with his former club and that could see Spurs swooping for the out-and-out goalscorer as he looks to add strength in attack this summer.
Speculation had also been building in Italy that Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis wanted to sign Martinez to play alongside national team-mate Juan Camilo Zuniga, a transfer target for Juventus at the Stadio San Paolo next season.
But is appears now that Martinez is happy to remain at Porto for the time being.
