Liverpool fans here inside the Football Transfer Tavern are gloating to the Manchester United fans, after news has emerged from Polish media outlet Slask Sport, that Liverpool have won the race to sign 16-year-old Polish goalkeeper Kamil Grabara.
The highly-rated keeper currently plies his trade for Ruch Chorzow, and it seems that he will now ditch Poland for the top-flight of English football, and Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool.
Our resident Liverpool supporters here in the Transfer Tavern ideally want the club to sign Barcelona goalkeeper Andre Ter Stegen, with them all agreeing that current first-choice goalkeeper Simon Mignolet is too inconsistent!
Every single person here inside the Tavern has no idea who Grabara is, but are hoping he is decent and could be a potential first-team starter in the future.
A handful of Red Devils fans here aren’t too bothered about this news, with them all dreaming of landing Southampton’s Sadio Mane in this January window!
Meanwhile, our landlord feels that Liverpool need to be prioritising moves for established, world-class players, rather than young players who have potential to excel in the years to come.
Liverpool fans…… What do you make of this news? Would this be a good signing? Ever heard of the keeper? let us know your thoughts and opinions below!
