Liverpool continue to motor on in the Premier League under Jurgen Klopp this term and at the time of writing were well on their way to sealing another three points with a win at Southampton.
The Reds have been producing some tremendous attacking displays this term and the likes of Mo Salah and Roberto Firmino have been bang in form, linking up to put plenty of teams to the sword already.
With the Liverpool fans likely to be getting restless for Premier League success soon, here in the Tavern, our landlord thinks that the club need to keep splashing the cash and adding quality players to the ranks.
One player our landlord brought up this week who he thinks can be a good signing is current Atletico Madrid winger Yannick Carrasco, who can offer Liverpool even more pace to complement what they already have in their squad.
Blessed with electric pace and the ability to create from either wing, Carrasco has developed into one of the key men in Madrid, and at 24, he has plenty of time to keep developing and improve further.
With Liverpool having so much focus on Salah, having another option around the forward line in the form of Carrasco would give them the opportunity of changing their gameplan somewhat. He could well be a massive difference make at Anfield if Jurgen Klopp decides to move into the market once again this summer.
Reds fans, what do you think? Good signing? Let us know!
