Liverpool confident of completing deal for 24-year-old winger

The Reds boss Jurgen Klopp will need to ensure that his squad his well-equipped to cope with the demands of four competitions next season, after the club qualified for the Champions League with a top four finish.

Some positive news is emerging this morning courtesy of the landlord’s copy of The Mirror, who claim that the Reds are extremely hopeful of landing Egyptian winger Mo Salah in the coming weeks.

The 24-year-old winger has had an exceptional season in Serie A with Roma and having played for Chelsea previously he knows all about the demands of the Premier League.

Salah scored 19 goals and provided 15 assists for Roma last season as they finished as runners-up to Juventus in Serie A and a £35 million move back to the Premier League is looking likely.

Liverpool clearly feel that Salah will be a good fit for the style of play which is utilised by Klopp and they are extremely hopeful that the winger will become a Reds player sooner rather than later.

One Liverpool fan is chatting to the landlord and he claims that some of the club’s supporters will be unsure of Salah based on a troublesome spell at Chelsea. He does concede that the majority of supporters have full faith in Klopp’s transfer dealings however.
