Liverpool fans hijack club’s tweet to demand Rabiot

It’s been almost a whole month since the Premier League’s transfer deadline day, however, a recent report from ESPN has claimed that Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool are looking into the free signing of PSG’s Adrien Rabiot.

Liverpool took to Twiter to invite local residents to drop-in sessions to discuss the club’s planning applications to hold concerts and other events at the famous stadium. Supporters can find out more about these drop-in sessions on the Liverpool websitebut if the fans reading this are the same ones who have been replying to the tweet, then it’s likely they aren’t interested in the sessions in the slightest.

Instead, The Reds have been demanding their club to sign Adrien Rabiot from PSG. The Frenchman was heavily linked with a switch to Barcelona over the summer but a move never materialised as PSG refused to sell him. However, Rabiot’s contract with the club expires next summer and from January he will be able to sign a deal with a new club under the Bosman Rule. The midfielder has previously expressed a love for Liverpool and the fans will be hoping he makes the switch as soon as possible.
