Liverpool will play in their first Champions League match since they were beaten in last season’s final tonight against PSG. The game promises to be a very entertaining one and both sets of fans will be desperate to have full squads, however, Liverpool have released some team news on the club’s website and it looked like Roberto Firmino could be a doubt.
The Reds have several injury doubts to consider ahead of #LFCPSG.

Firmino scored what turned out to be The Kopites winning goal at Wembley on Saturday as Jurgen Klopp’s side saw off Spurs 2-1 to make it five wins out of five in the Premier League. However, after he scored his goal the Brazilian was caught by the flailing arm of Jan Vertonghen and he was seen bleeding from his eye when he blinked, leaving plenty of Liverpool fans very worried about his fitness ahead of such a big game in Europe.
Whether he starts or not, the fixture has the look of one of those games that will be showered in goals. The Reds have bagged themselves 11 goals in their opening five games, including a 4-0 thrashing of West Ham. Meanwhile, over in Paris, Thomas Tuchel’s PSG have also won their opening five games and have netted 17 goals, albeit against weaker opposition. However, without Firmino it might be more of a struggle for the Reds to score, especially seeing as he bagged himself ten goals in Europe last season.

I'm curious if we can play with formation 3 – 5 – 2:
Subs: Mignolet, Clyne, Matip, Fabinho, Henderson, Shaqiri, Sturridge
*If Firmino didn't play.

The Kopites are desperate for Firmino to play and will be gutted if the Brazilian does miss out in what promises to be a thrilling encounter.
