Since signing for the club in summer, Alisson Becker has been sublime. The Brazilian shot-stopper is one of the world’s best and Liverpool fans are privileged to have the ex-Roma man on board as he continues to show exactly why the club made him the world’s most expensive goalkeeper, even if it was just for a few weeks.

Considering The Reds are used to having the likes of Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius in the net, having someone with the calmness and the class of Alisson is a gamechanger for Jurgen Klopp and co at the club. His ability as a shot-stopper, a leader and as a ballplayer is second to none and it looks like the club have got their next long-term shot-stopper, especially seeing as he’s only 25-years-old and already playing quality football.
The Brazilian has done really well in his early Liverpool career, already he’s helped his side to secure draws against Chelsea and Manchester City and get a win over Tottenham. Next up for the Kopites will be a tough test as they travel to The Emirates on Saturday with the sole aim of taking three points from The Gunners and stopping their run as they aim to finish in the top four this season.
