The Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern are expecting a tough game when they visit the King Power Stadium on Monday night…
Leicester City are struggling in the Premier League at present, but the Foxes are never a side that can be ruled out. They proved their worth in the Premier League last season, and our landlord reckons that their season could turn around in an instant.
Unfortunately for Liverpool, though, it looks like they’re going to have to do battle with the reigning Premier League champions without Dejan Lovren, with the Daily Mail reporting that the defender is a serious doubt for the clash.
The Daily Mail are noting that Lovren has been forced to see a specialist abroad, with concerns over the wellbeing of his knee growing at Anfield.

It has been a tough few weeks for the Reds, but they look to be coming out of the other side. A domiannt win over Tottenham has really brought the fans in the Tavern back on side, and many are now hoping that Klopp will be able to secure a top 4 finish by the end of the season.
They’re going to find it hard without Lovren, though, with his qualities clear…
