Liverpool won’t let anyone get in their way in the current campaign as they continue to hunt down an elusive Premier League trophy.
The Reds have defied expectations completely under Jurgen Klopp, with his summer signings working wonders. And, it appears as if the Merseyside club are eyeing a possible January addition, as according to L’Equipe (via Bristol Live), Liverpool have held several talks with Adrien Rabiot and his representatives.
It’s thought that Liverpool have held several talks with Rabiot and his representatives.
Indeed, the Frenchman is leaning towards an inevitable exit this month after being frozen out at Paris Saint-Germain, with a move to Liverpool providing him with a shot at silverware in Europe and domestically.
Of course, the Reds already have the likes of James Milner, Fabinho, Jordan Henderson, Naby Keita and Georginio Wijnaldum in the middle of midfield, but Rabiot has the potential to become one of the best in world football.
The Reds are making moves in their pursuit, having already held discussions.
Adrien Rabiot, who is valued at £45 million (by Transfermarkt), has all the ingredients to become one of the best midfielders in world football and has already displayed his qualities during his time at Paris Saint-Germain.
But, with a lack of first-team minutes currently halting his progress, a move to Anfield would provide him with the platform to grow and a competitive Premier League to thrive in.
