Liverpool failed to make the most of all of their chances at Stamford Bridge on Saturday night as they could only grab a last-gasp equaliser against Chelsea.
The Reds have been one of the form teams in the Premier League this season and faced their toughest challenge yet on Saturday, but they came through unscathed with a point added to their tally. And, it looks as if Jurgen Klopp is keeping an eye on a potential transfer target, as according to the Mirror, Liverpool watched Sergej Milinkovic-Savic in action recently.
Manchester City, Liverpool and Spurs were all present last Sunday to see the 23-year-old score in their 4-1 victory over Genoa.
Milinkovic-Savic has been linked with Premier League side Manchester United in the past and the midfielder was tipped to move to Old Trafford in the summer.
But, no offer materialised and now the Premier League trio are considering moves for the Serbian midfielder.
Liverpool already have an extremely packed midfield, but they could look to bring him to the club in January or at the end of the season.
Sergej Milinkovic-Savic has been completely dominant in the Serie A over the past year, with a number of clubs now keeping tabs on the midfielder.
Although, the Reds could certainly benefit from bringing him to the club at some point in the future as he would be able to contribute in the final third.
The Spanish-born midfielder could be seen as a long-term replacement for James Milner, who has been linked with a move back to Championship side Leeds United.
The Anfield club are yet to approach him about a new deal, which opens the door for the 32-year-old to leave on a free.
