The Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern are waxing lyrical about Rhian Brewster and believe that he will be a future star in their first team.
Rhian Brewster spearheaded England’s under-17 team to victory in the under-17 World Cup final by finishing as the top scorer in the competition and scooping the golden boot award.
And Liverpool will try to tempt another England under-17 World Cup winner to the club in the January transfer window, according to recent reports.
According to an exclusive report by The Sun, Liverpool will try to sign Morgan Gibbs-White in January.
Morgan Gibbs-White is currently at Wolverhampton Wanderers and has also attracted interest from Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.
Considered to be one of the top young talents in the Championship, Gibbs-White has already made his debut for Wolves, playing eight games for their first team last season.
With a year and a half left on his deal and Wolves unable to offer him fresh terms until January, Liverpool are aiming to poach Gibbs-White away from Molineux.
Liverpool are ready to splash £5m on the 17-year-old prospect and this has put them as front runners in the race to prise Morgan Gibbs-White away from the Championship outfit.
