Liverpool will look to continue their fine start to the Premier League season on Saturday when they welcome Cardiff City to Anfield.
Jurgen Klopp’s side will be looking to take a three-point advantage over Manchester City, who do not play until Monday when they meet Tottenham Hotspur.
The Reds appear to have gotten back to winning ways, having defeated Huddersfield Town last weekend before running riot against Red Star Belgrade in the Champions League earlier in the week.
Liverpool will now be preparing to face Cardiff, who recorded their first win of the season last weekend against Fulham, and Klopp appears to have been handed a huge boost.
Naby Keita and Jordan Henderson still remain out with hamstring injuries, whilst Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Rhian Brewster remain long-term absentees.
Liverpool will be delighted that they do not have any fresh injury concerns and will be considered strong favourites to record a victory over the Welsh outfit.
The Reds will be looking to take full advantage of playing before all of their league rivals on Saturday and will be expecting to come away with the three points on the day.
Klopp will realise the test against one of the Premier League’s newest sides will not be as straightforward as some would suggest, however, having the likes of Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane will definitely help their cause.
