Liverpool will be looking to go one better in this year’s Champions League competition and will open their tournament against Paris Saint-Germain.
Roberto Firmino is expected to undergo further assessment on the eye injury he picked up during last weekend’s victory against Tottenham Hotspur.
Klopp revealed that the Brazil international was in a better condition, however, he was unsure whether he would be available for the visit of the French giants.
The German is also expected to have a number of other players unavailable for selection on Tuesday, with Adam Lallana and Dejan Lovren both still out.
The England midfielder picked up the injury whilst in training camp with the national side, whilst the Croatia defender continues to struggle with a pelvic injury.
Divock Origi and Dominic Solanke are both also not expected to be made available for the game, with both picking up knocks at the weekend whilst playing for the Under-23s.
Liverpool will be looking to make a positive start to their Champions League campaign against PSG.
However, things could be tough for the Anfield outfit on Tuesday night if Firmino is not available for the tie against the French giants.
The Reds will want to continue with their Premier League form in Europe, although PSG will give them the hardest test of the season so far, especially with the likes of Kylian Mbappe and Neymar leading the line.
