Liverpool to benefit from Luis Suarez’s Barcelona arrival?

Pedro.jpgMetro certainly have a few of our punters looking up from their pints here in the Football Transfer Tavern as the publication claim Pedro could well be up for grabs this January.

The Barcelona forward has been considering his future at the Camp Nou after the arrival of Luis Suarez and knows that he might not get the first team football he so badly craves – which is where a move comes in.

Both Liverpool and Arsenal are keen to bring in a player who they think can add some guile and skill to their squad and Pedro certainly fits the bill according to our regulars.

A move to Arsenal would also allow the winger to link up with Alexis Sanchez whom he worked so well with during their time together at the Camp Nou – and we think that could be a massive lure.

Liverpool and Brendan Rodgers meanwhile are keen to reduce the burden on Raheem Sterling – and Pedro could certainly do that.

One Reds fans notes that he hopes the potential pursuit of Pedro isn’t to function as a replacement for England international Sterling who has been interesting Barca’s arch-La Liga rivals Real Madrid.
