Liverpool fans here in the Tavern are extremely disappointed with how their side performed yesterday, as they lost 3-1 to Real Madrid in the Champions League final.
Indeed, the Reds will be desperate to improve this summer after witnessing last night’s performance against Real Madrid, as a number of mistakes cost them dearly. And, it looks as if Liverpool have wasted no time in finding a suitable replacement for Loris Karius, as according to La Repubblica, the Reds have contacted AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma’s agent.
It’s understood that Liverpool have wasted no time in contacting Donnarumma’s agent in order to initiate talks over a summer transfer.
Loris Karius made two huge errors in yesterday’s Champions League final to help Real Madrid to a 3-1 victory.
Interestingly, it’s believed that AC Milan will initially try to request €70 million for his services, but this fee doesn’t look feasible as the Italian shot-stopper hasn’t had the best of seasons.
Loris Karius could be heading for the exits this summer if Jurgen Klopp is harsh on the shot-stopper, as he single-handedly cost Liverpool the Champions League final. And, it definitely looks as if he won’t be the club’s first-choice goalkeeper next season, as the Reds have reportedly already made contact with Gianluigi Donnarumma’s agent.
