Liverpool could do with bringing in a couple of additions this month, despite their current position in the race for the Premier League title.
The Reds have been very impressive this season as they continue to defy expectations under Jurgen Klopp, but there’re still a couple of problems that need to be addressed.
Liverpool are understood to be interested in signing Bruno Fernandes, but Everton are also keen.
And, it’s believed that both Merseyside clubs are willing to sign the player this month.
It looks as if Jurgen Klopp will have to stump up the cash if the Reds are to secure his services, as a deal could be agreed for a fee in the region of €40 million (£35.9 million).
Bruno Fernandes is enjoying arguably the best season of his career yet, having produced 14 goals and nine assists in 26 appearances this season.
Indeed, the Reds could do with bringing in an attacking midfielder that has the ability to produce goals and assists in the final third, as they’ve been heavily reliant on their front three in the current campaign so far.
