With the Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern hoping for an upturn in fortunes after the international break, they’re eager to take their minds off the club’s struggles.
Indeed, our resident Reds have been wholly frustrated about life under Jurgen Klopp of late and there’s just so much to get annoyed about.
So, reports from the Liverpool Echo have at least provided our local Liverpudlians with something else to talk about.
They claim Harry Wilson could be allowed to leave Anfield in January on loan as he looks to further his development. The winger was recently crowned the Premier League 2’s Player of the Month after a good run in the U23 side, notching six goals last month alone.
Despite his excellence at U23 level, the Welshman will undoubtedly struggle to compete with the likes of Mo Salah, Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino in the first-team, reportedly making a January loan move a realistic possibility.
Why not give Wilson a run out elsewhere? The winger is quite clearly a big talent and seriously could do with a loan move away. Having previously been linked with Celtic, the 20-year-old would surely tear things up in Scotland.
