After watching their side truly dismantle champions Leicester City over the course of the weekend, the Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern are dancing on the pool tables.
With the Jurgen Klopp era now underway at Anfield, the changes to playing style and the brand of football have the Mersey mouths watering.
Still, as confirmed by their official website, it appears the German is making strides to change an awful lot about the club.
They claim that the former Borussia Dortmund coach has seen the change from red netting in the Anfield goals to white ones.
While it is barely a blockbuster signing, the 49-year-old is believed to think that it will improve his forwards’ vision when shooting at goal.
The custom was introduced four years ago, though many of the fans who sit behind the goals wear Liverpool shirts.
With that in mind, the white netting supposedly stands out more and allows for more of a target.
Whether or not it works remains to be seen, though more results like the one against Leicester will surely see Klopp crowned a genius.
How much a difference will it make to the Liverpool players? Let us know below..
