Liverpool fans have been kept busy in the Transfer Tavern this summer.

The Reds look set to become Manchester City's direct rival for the Premier League title next season. With Fabinho and Naby Keita now at the club, Jurgen Klopp only needs to make a few more signings to complete his Liverpool dream team. While a new goalkeeper and centreback have been linked, reports coming out today are suggesting that Juventus', Paolo Dybala might be keen on a move to Merseyside.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, via the Express, Paolo Dybala could leave the club amid rumours of Cristiano's impending arrival in Italy.

The Breakdown

With Ronaldo looking set to join the Turin club, rumours have begun to swirl that Dybala could head out of the club.

On the face of it, it might seem that a pointless transfer considering that the Reds have Roberto Firmino up front, in the wake of the failed bid to sign Nabil Fekir, Dybala could be the star man to help push Liverpool's title bid.

In order to fund a move for Ronaldo, Juventus will need to sell some of their prized assets, in order to fund the transfer.

At only 24, Dybala is one of the top forwards in European football. Lasts season, Dybala scored 22 goals in Serie A as Juventus once again secured another title. Quick, technical and able to bring others into play, Dybala would be an excellent addition to the squad. While He may not provide Klopp with the high work rate that Roberto Firmino does, he would provide more goals. However, with Gonzalo Higuain now 30, it may seem more plausible that Juventus would sell him rather than Dybala.
