Having managed to see off West Ham United with ease earlier this afternoon, the Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern really are in good moods.
The Reds kept Arsenal at bay in their race for the Champions League and head into the final game of the season knowing a win would see them qualify for Europe’s elite competition.
Crucial to their win today was the excellent Philippe Coutinho, who scored two of their goals in a 4-0 drubbing in east London.
Linked with a move to Barcelona of late, it’s easy to see why the 24-year-old is touted for a such a move. Along with his brace, the brilliant Brazilian added an assist and had the Kopites here in the bar a firm sense of frenzy.
Indeed, Anfield legend and Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher has taken to Twitter to wax poetic about his former teammate.

Carragher apologised for talking so much about Coutinho during his commentary, though did add just how much he thinks of the attacker.
It’s hard to argue with him, eh?
